Led by an Experienced Coaching Staff:
Kim Pearson – Coach Kim brings a wealth of experience to TD Elite Volleyball Club as both a former competitive player and dedicated coach. A four-year varsity athlete at Mount Saint Dominic Academy, she helped lead her team to NJSIAA and Prep Tournament championships while also playing for elite clubs like Allegro and Sideout Sports. She continued her volleyball journey at Montclair State University’s club team and later at Rutgers University. Since graduating, Coach Kim has focused on developing youth athletes through camps, clinics, and skills training. Known for her leadership and technical expertise, she emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and mental toughness while fostering confidence, respect, and a growth mindset in every athlete she coaches.
Carlos Bermudez – Carlos Bermudez is an experienced volleyball coach and youth leader with a strong background in player development and team leadership. From 2018 to 2021, he served as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Immaculate Conception School in Montclair, NJ, where he guided a team of 15 students to the state playoffs through focused training, strategic game planning, and individualized skill assessment. Beyond the court, he demonstrated his leadership as Youth President at La Senda Antigua in Belleville, NJ, overseeing over a dozen youth members, coordinating events, and fostering personal growth through consistent mentorship and engagement.
